1) If it went right, share with the entire Nation.
2) If it went wrong, take full responsibility, say sorry to the Nation, seek one more chance from the Nation to give him or her.
3) If the mistake what he or she made is too big, leave the position for another who can lead.

၁။ သူ႔ရဲ႕ဆုံးျဖတ္ခ်က္မွန္သြားရင္ အဲဒီ ဆုံးျဖတ္ခ်က္ရဲ႕အက်ိဳးရလဒ္ကို တစ္မ်ိဳး သားလုံးနဲ႔ မ်ွေဝႏိုင္ရမယ္။
၂။ သူ႔ရဲ႕ဆုံးျဖတ္ခ်က္မွားသြားရင္တ
၃။ ခြင္႔လႊတ္လို႔မရေလာက္ေအာင္ ႀကီးမားတဲ႔အမွားမ်ိဳး ျပဳလုပ္မိရင္ ႏႈတ္ထြက္၊ စြမ္းႏိုင္သူကို ေခါင္းေဆာင္ခြင္႔ လႊဲေျပာင္းေပးရဲရမယ္။
ကိုယ္႔သိကၡာကို ေလးစားတဲ႔ ေခါင္းေဆာင္ေတြသာ ဒီက်င္႔ဝတ္ေတြကို လိုက္ နာႏိုင္တယ္။
အဲသလို ေခါင္းေဆာင္မ်ိဳး ဘယ္ႏွေယာက္ေလာက္ က်ေနာ္တို႔ႏိုင္ငံထဲမွာ ရွိပါသလဲ။
